COOKING LIVE: Grandma’s Meatloaf

GRANDMA’S MEATLOAF

1.5 pounds ground beef

1 egg

3/4 cup whole grain oats

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup Milk

onion salt 

pepper

Worcestershire sauce (optional) 

Chicken bouillon  cube 

Preheat oven to 350. Mix the first for ingredients being careful not to over mix the meat. Sprinkle some Worcestershire sauce,  use a generous amount of onion salt, cover the top with black pepper. Gently mix & form into loaf. Place loaf into a baking dish with a thin layer of water. Place the bouillon cube in the dish. Cover with aluminum foil & bake in oven at 350 for about 1- 1.5 hours or until cooked through.
