Lemon Meringue Bites

The perfect dessert for both Easter & Passover! All the taste of a delicious lemon meringue pie in  bite sized little nibbles. I attempted to shape the Meringue like eggs with the lemon curd as the yolk. Tangy, chewy, sugary goodness. I will definitely be making these again!
