Don’t blink

Gracie is 1! Where does the time go?

If there’s one thing I can tell you about pregnancy…it’s that you’ll get tons of unsolicited advice! But one thing really held true. So many parents told me that time would fly once the child was born. They said things like, “don’t blink“ and “you’ll wake up on day and they’ll be in college“.  To which I thought…..“you’re being really dramatic“.  Well, I was wrong! This has not only been the most wonderful and challenging year of my life…but it’s also been the fastest. Now that my little baby is walking and talking I really don’t want to miss a second. So, if anyone has a way to get through life without blinking….let me know!
