Zasta

I shall call this creation #ZASTA! I used my new favorite toy from Williams Sonoma (Paderno Spiralizer 4-Blade–$49.95) to make these perfect zucchini noodles. As a good Italian girl , I love my pasta (and so does my 1 year old!)  but I’m always looking for ways to sneak in some veggies! This one is kid approved! So many possibilities…Toss it in Olive Oil, with a little Chicken Stock, S& P, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese OR toss it with your favorite spaghetti sauce! The “PASTABILITIES” are endless!! Couldn’t resist! Like I said…this dish is best served with CHEESE!
