A Day at the Fair

We packed up the kids and ran off to the Big E Fair in Springfield, MA this past weekend!

First, things first. Grace had to have her face painted and mom & dad had to find an adult beverage. Not hard to do! There’s ice cold beer around every corner. This fair is next level with a whisky room, fine wine and craft beers galore!

And then there’s the food!  There are vendors as far as the eye can see and this is NOT your typical fair…fare! This is a foodie’s paradise!!  We tried the deep fried pineapple upside down cake on a stick! Unreal!

And although you’re surrounded with super tasty, inventive junk food…you can never go wrong with the classics. The kids loved their first snow cones! I had a taste and it took me right back to the fair when I was a little girl.
